Your tasks

• Determine and define the North American regional commercial administration strategy based on the Group’s commercial administration strategy
• Define and track measures to achieve the strategic and operational targets in the region
• Ensure continuous results and cost improvements in the region
• Ensure result consolidation in the region on an accrual basis according to IFRS
• Analyze and provide controlling-relevant information of the region
• Validate and ensure of standardized reporting
• Secure compliance with Brose principles while considering regional requirements
• Identify cross-divisional best practice approaches and recommending possible integration in group-wide standards
• Performing and ensuring project acquisition including the relevant release process
• Collaborating in the preparation of business plans for new locations in the North American region.
• Ensuring the IT support structure for plants in the region

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in related field or equivent related experience.
• More than than 10 years of expereince
• Preferably experience within the automotive industry in a global/international organization
• Preferably knowledge of local taxes and accounting principles, finance and controlling
• Communication skills
• English – business fluency
• German – business fluency
