Chief Financial Officer - CA

We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven CFO to partner with the leadership team and steer the company's next phase of growth through private equity funding, organic expansion and acquisitions based in CHENNAI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, treasury, taxation and compliance.

- Drive PE fundraising, including financial modelling, valuation, investor engagement, due diligence and transaction closure.

- Develop and execute the financial strategy for organic expansion, ensuring disciplined capital allocation and sustainable profitability.

- Lead financial evaluation, due diligence, deal structuring and integration for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

- Strengthen cash flow, working capital, financial controls and risk management.

- Build robust reporting and governance processes to support investor and Board requirements.

- Build and develop a high-performing finance team.

Ideal Profile:

- Chartered Accountant with proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a growth-oriented business.

- Demonstrated experience in PE fundraising, investor management and M&A transactions.

- Strong commercial acumen, with experience supporting business expansion and improving profitability.

- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and work closely with promoters, investors and the Board.
