Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group's financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will oversee all finance functions, ensure strong financial governance and compliance, and provide strategic financial leadership to support the Group's growth and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead all finance functions, including Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Budgeting, Tax, Payroll, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial modeling, and capital planning.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Drive financial performance through Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), cost optimization, operational efficiency, and profitability improvement.
• Provide financial leadership for investment decisions, expansion projects, mergers and acquisitions, and financial due diligence.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, insurance companies, donors, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team while promoting digital transformation, continuous improvement, and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA and/or professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership/CFO role.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Egyptian tax laws and regulations, corporate governance, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and healthcare financial regulations.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, business partnering, and strategic financial decision-making.
