As the company continues its growth journey, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will help build a strong financial foundation for the business and prepare the company for its next stage of development.

Role Mission
Build a modern finance function that enables sustainable growth, supports strategic decision-making, and creates the financial structure required for the company's future evolution into an international group of businesses.
The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping transform finance from a reporting function into one of the key drivers of business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the company's finance function across all core financial areas.
Build budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Develop management reporting that provides clear visibility into business performance.
Design financial KPIs and dashboards for executives and department leaders.
Improve cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting.
Support business planning through financial modelling and commercial analysis.
Establish scalable financial processes and internal controls.
Standardize financial operations across multiple legal entities.
Partner closely with Operations, Product, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and other departments to support business decisions.
Support the CEO in evaluating new business initiatives and growth opportunities.
Build relationships with banks, payment providers, auditors, and external financial partners.
Identify financial risks and recommend practical solutions.
Develop and mentor the finance team while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Help prepare the company for future expansion into a group structure.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Management, or similar functions.
3+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles such as CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent.
Proven experience building or improving finance processes in a growing business.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
Experience implementing financial controls and performance management frameworks.
Strong understanding of cash flow management and business finance.
Experience working with multiple legal entities is considered a strong advantage.
Experience in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, Technology, E-commerce, or other high-growth industries is highly desirable.
Strong analytical thinking and commercial mindset.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
Fluent English.
