What You'll Do:
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all accounting functions, including:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the COO, Board leadership, Finance Committee, and department leaders.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for leadership and Board review.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems that support operational excellence and organizational growth.
- Provide financial guidance and education to department leaders regarding budgeting, capital planning, and financial performance.
- Oversee annual audits, tax preparation, insurance matters, and financial compliance activities.
- Manage banking relationships, investments, cash flow strategies, and financial risk management.
- Partner with leadership on technology initiatives, business systems, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and IT teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
