Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or senior finance executive within the Forex, CFD, Financial Services, Fintech, or Brokerage industry (must come from a Forex company background, not banking).
Strong understanding of financial regulations applicable to regulated financial institutions.
Experience managing regulatory reporting and audits.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial planning.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
CPA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Experience working with multi-jurisdiction financial services businesses is advantageous.
