Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.

Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical initiatives.

Oversee accounting, audit, treasury, and financial control functions.

Ensure full compliance with IFRS, FSCA, SARB regulations, and tax legislation.

Lead investor relations and capital raising initiatives.

Champion the financial digitization journey, working closely with technology teams.

Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications and Experience

Chartered Accountant CA(SA), in good standing with SAICA Required

A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience

Sector experience in Banking, FinTech, or Information Technology (preferred)

Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, and fundraising
