  • Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Enhance purchasing workflows, supplier negotiations, inventory control mechanisms, and vendor disbursement processes.
  • Compliance & Governance: Maintain internal control frameworks, guarantee statutory and tax compliance, maintain permanent audit readiness, and report regularly to the CEO, GM, FinCo, and Board.
Operational Hospitality Partnership
  • Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with the General Manager and operational department heads to maximize revenue, improve profit margins, and maintain cost discipline across rooms, food and beverage, and ancillary departments.
  • Actionable Business Intelligence: Translate financial data into practical operational insights, enabling rapid decisions that support guest satisfaction and employee experience without sacrificing fiscal rigor.
Capital Projects & Property Development
  • Investment Appraisal: Lead financial feasibility assessments, investment evaluations, and strategic capital planning for refurbishments, facility expansions, and real estate development initiatives.
  • Project Budget Control: Partner with capital project teams to monitor committed expenditure, track cash outflow timelines, evaluate cost-to-complete forecasts, and mitigate budgetary risks early.
Corporate Funding & Strategic Expansion
  • Capital Structure & Debt Management: Assist the CEO in determining strategic funding needs, negotiating credit facilities with financial institutions, and monitoring debt covenant compliance.
  • Transaction Execution: Direct financial evaluation, due diligence processes, and external advisory engagements for potential property acquisitions or corporate partnerships.
