Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee and manage accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support the companys departments.
Ensure the preparation of financial statements for auditors and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage profit and loss, overseeing income and expenses to align with budgetary goals.
Lead the companys preparation for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), ensuring compliance with stock exchange regulations and managing financial readiness.
Provide strategic advice and support for business analysis, new investments, mergers & acquisitions, and securing funding/financing options.
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize financial operations and business performance.
Serve as the companys representative in managing the accounting and finance functions of subsidiaries and joint ventures as the Group CFO.

Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 15 years of experience, including senior management roles in accounting, corporate finance, and IPO preparation.
Proven track record in leading IPO processes, financial restructuring, and capital markets.
CPA certification is required.
In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting standards, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and investment operations.
Skilled in presenting financial data and reports to stakeholders in various formats.
Proven experience in leading financial projects, managing investments, and conducting training for company directors through the Institute of Directors (IOD).
