Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial management and strategic finance functions of a publicly listed manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing loans, financing arrangements, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Driving cost control, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives.

- Planning and arranging funding for capital expenditure projects.

- Leading fund raising initiatives and optimizing the capital structure.

- Overseeing balance sheet finalization and financial reporting.

- Ensuring effective financial controls, statutory compliance, and sound financial management.

- Supporting strategic business decisions through financial planning and analysis.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in corporate finance, and a proven track record in managing financial operations within a listed manufacturing organization.

- Candidates with expertise in banking, fund raising, working capital management, cost control, and capital expenditure funding will be preferred.
