Chief Financial Officer
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strong financial stewardship and strategic leadership across the Group. The CFO will be a trusted advisor to the Board and Executive Leadership, responsible for financial strategy, governance, capital management, and risk oversight, while ensuring the financial strength and sustainability of the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Group finance function, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance
Drive Group-wide financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
Provide high-quality financial insights to support executive and Board decision-making
Strengthen internal controls, risk management, audit, and compliance frameworks
Lead funding, capital structure, treasury, and investor/banking relationships
Oversee investment decisions, capital expenditure, and strategic transactions
Provide functional oversight and capability development across subsidiary finance teams
Act as the primary financial interface with regulators, auditors, investors, and partners
Requirements
- ACCA, ICAG, or CPA qualification (Master’s degree in Corporate Finance is an advantage)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior financial leadership role
- Strong expertise in IFRS, corporate governance, and financial risk management
- Proven experience in funding, treasury, and capital structuring
- Industry experience in Oil & Gas and/or Real Estate is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
