Position Name - Chief Financial Officer

Location - Bangalore

Experience Range - 7 - 10 years

Mandatory Requirement:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
• Extensive experience in financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks

Qualification and Experience:

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 7+ of finance experience
• CPA / MBA / CA preferred but not required
• Excellent oral & written communication skill
