CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) to lead the company’s financial management and support its long-term business growth. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and senior management to provide strategic financial insights, strengthen financial controls, and ensure effective financial planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall financial strategy in line with business objectives.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

• Oversee accounting, management reporting, financial analysis and financial controls.

• Monitor the company’s financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

• Manage working capital, cash flow, funding and banking relationships.

• Oversee tax planning, statutory reporting, audit and regulatory compliance.

• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate risk management and internal control measures.

• Provide financial analysis and advice on business expansion, investments and major commercial decisions.

• Work closely with senior management to improve profitability, cost efficiency and overall business performance.

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

• Liaise with auditors, tax advisers, banks, regulators and other external stakeholders.

• Ensure the company maintains accurate, timely and compliant financial records.
