About the Role:

Smart Partners is seeking an experienced investment professional to lead its investment activities, develop strategies, oversee portfolios and manage investment risks to maximise returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement investment strategies, policies and frameworks.
• Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment decisions.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis and investment due diligence.
• Monitor portfolio performance, market trends and investment risks.
• Establish investment guidelines and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and investment policies.
• Build relationships with institutional investors and financial partners.
• Lead and mentor the investment management team.
• Present investment reports and recommendations to senior management and the Board.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in investment, asset or portfolio management, or financial services.
• At least 5 years in a senior investment leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments and risk management.
• Proven experience developing and executing investment strategies.
• MBA/Master's degree and CFA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent certification are added advantages.
• Strong analytical, leadership, decision-making and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
