Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Tech teams to integrate policies into digital journeys and decision engines. Monitor key portfolio performance metrics approval rates, delinquencies, roll rates, and loss ratios across customer cohorts. Engage with credit bureaus and data providers to leverage external data for enhanced underwriting precision. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal governance frameworks. Conduct periodic risk reviews and present credit policy performance to senior management and credit committees. .
