Analyze customer base using internal and bureau data to identify high-potential segments. Collaborate with Risk, Product, and Analytics teams to define credit policy, eligibility, and offer criteria. Drive end-to-end campaign planning and execution in coordination with Marketing and Digital teams. Monitor campaign performance including approval rates, activation, profitability, and delinquencies. Partner with Tech and Digital teams to automate journey for offer visibility and seamless fulfillment. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal communication policies. Continuously refine targeting logic and engagement tactics using data-driven insights. .
