The Chief Marketing Officer – Foreign Sales will lead international sales and marketing strategies, drive overseas market expansion, and strengthen relationships with global clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and expand new overseas markets.
- Build relationships with international clients, investors, and strategic partners.
- Represent the organization at international events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and brand positioning.
- Lead and mentor the foreign sales and marketing team.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of proven sales experience, with strong exposure to foreign/international sales.
- Real estate industry experience will be an advantage.
- Degree in a relevant field; MBA is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to international markets.
