Chief Marketing Officer

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
(Industrial Engineer Profile / System Builder / Commercial Operator)

Role Purpose

We are hiring an operator with an Industrial Engineering mindset to build and run a high-performance commercial system.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

The responsibility is to design, optimize, and operate a demand system that directly impacts:

• Revenue
• Gross Margin
• EBIT

You will treat marketing as an engineering problem:

• Identify bottlenecks
• Remove inefficiencies
• Improve system output

What You Will Build

A Measurable Demand System

Own and optimize the full commercial flow:

Traffic → Leads → Conversion → Revenue → Gross Margin

• Build clear system visibility through daily and weekly dashboards
• Identify where value is created and lost
• Improve conversion quality, not just volume

A High-Quality Revenue Engine

Ensure all demand contributes to:

• Strong margins
• High-value customers
• Sustainable growth

You will actively eliminate:

• Low-quality traffic
• Discount-driven conversion
• Activities that dilute pricing power

A Fast Execution Loop

Operate the system in short cycles:

• Weekly iteration cycles (7 days)
• Continuous testing and adjustment
• Immediate action on performance signals

Core loop:

• START what works
• STOP what doesn't
• SCALE what performs

A Clean Data & Decision Layer

Work directly with:

• CRM
• ERP
• Attribution models
• Data pipelines

• Ensure data is reliable and actionable
• Reduce time from data → decision → action
• Direct access to data without unnecessary reporting layers

A High-Performing Commercial Interface

Improve:

• Revenue per store
• Partner conversion performance
• Demand quality to sales channels

Goal:

• Reduce reliance on discounting
• Increase efficiency at every commercial touchpoint

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

• Higher conversion rates across the funnel
• Improved gross margin
• Increased revenue per store
• Clear visibility of marketing's contribution to EBIT
• Removal of low-performing activities
• Faster decision cycles across the system

Profile We Are Looking For

Background

• MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management (or similar)
• 1–5 years of experience (consulting, tech, product, analytics, growth)
• Proven ability to work with data and systems

How You Think

• You see systems, not functions
• You focus on output, not activity
• You simplify complexity
• You prioritize for impact

How You Work

• Hands-on with data and tools
• Fast execution with low latency between decision and action
• High ownership — you fix problems directly
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information

What You Care About

• Measurable impact
• Efficiency and performance
• Continuous improvement
• Learning speed

What You Must Be Comfortable With

• Being measured on EBIT, not marketing metrics
• Cutting work that doesn't perform, regardless of ownership
• Challenging decisions using data
• Moving fast and adjusting continuously
• Operating under pressure with high accountability

What This Role Is NOT

• Not brand-driven without measurable impact
• Not campaign-focused execution
• Not dependent on agencies
• Not long planning cycles without output

Why This Role

• You will operate at an executive level early in your career
• You will build a real commercial system — not run campaigns
• You will be pushed on speed, clarity, and accountability
• You will grow faster than in traditional roles

Final Note

We are not primarily hiring for years of experience.

We are hiring for learning speed, execution ability, and ownership.

If you prefer structure and predictability, this is not the role.

If you want to build, optimize, and own a system with real impact — this is it.
