About the Role

Regent Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing and business development, strengthen the Bank's market presence, and drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilisation, SME lending, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with the Bank's objectives.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, market expansion, and brand positioning.
• Drive deposit mobilisation, quality loan growth, account generation, and revenue performance.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Oversee digital, traditional, and community-based marketing campaigns.
• Ensure marketing materials and customer communications meet applicable requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and oversee staff, agencies, and vendors.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide regular reports on marketing performance and growth opportunities to executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' banking experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Relevant financial services experience and strong knowledge of SME and retail banking products.
• A relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong strategic leadership, negotiation, business development, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
