Chief Marketing Officer
tegria Chief Marketing Officer
As a Chief Marketing Officer, your work at Tegria will focus on serving as a core member of the executive leadership team, holding global responsibility for Tegria's brand, marketing, and communications strategy, with broad authority to align the organization's marketing investments, channels, and messaging infrastructure with company goals worldwide. The CMO owns all aspects of marketing, branding, digital strategy, public relations, and internal and external communications across every market and region Tegria serves, ensuring one consistent and impactful brand voice globally.
The CMO leads the brand and campaign engine that brings the company's go-to-market strategy to market worldwide: the CSO sets commercial strategy, market positioning, and the GTM execution plan across regions; Business Unit Presidents and their teams retain origination, customer relationships, and close authority within their verticals and geographies; the CMO owns the global brand, content, campaign, and communications infrastructure that supports all of it.
The CMO also owns creating or reworking Voice of the Customer programs such as in win/loss, client reference programs, and customer workgroups for feedback.
The CMO also leads the global execution of the Tegria Way rebrand and other enterprise-wide narrative moments, ensuring a consistent rollout across every country and region Tegria operates in.

Ensure Tegria's overall mission, objectives, and key messages are communicated accurately, effectively, and consistently across every market Tegria serves and to other outside interests worldwide.
Provide overarching communications support and guidance to executives, including message development, presentation materials, talking points, and employee/team communications.

Set global marketing governance and standards that regional and country-level marketing leaders follow, ensuring local execution stays aligned with enterprise brand strategy.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement Support
Partner with the CSO to translate commercial strategy and market positioning into campaigns, content, and channel plans; the CSO sets the GTM strategy and pricing/commercial model, the CMO leads the marketing execution that supports it.
Partner with Business Unit Presidents and their teams on sales-enablement content, RFP and proposal materials, and campaign-to-pipeline coordination, while origination, client relationships, and close authority remain with Sales and the business units.
Serve as the home for enterprise competitive-positioning content; coordinate with the CSO on win-loss analysis and competitive intelligence.
Strategic Partnerships (Media, PR, Industry)
Develop and own the global media, public relations, and industry-analyst relationships — spanning domestic and international markets — that build brand visibility and market reputation, maintaining a clear distinction from the CSO's commercial technology and channel alliances (e.g., hyperscale’s, systems integrators), which drive co-selling and revenue rather than narrative and visibility.

Establish and oversee regional marketing leadership, ensuring consistent structure, accountability, and brand execution across every market Tegria serves.
Perform performance appraisals and pay reviews; hire, retain, and enable team development through training and coaching.
