Demonstrates executive presence and Virtuous Servant Leadership, management accountability and decision-making authority, as delegated by the Ministry Market Executive (MME) and SVP Mission Integration, for setting strategies, priorities, operation plans and budgets for a Ministry Market or a significant function that spans across the organization.
- Oversees development and implementation of strategic processes and services associated with Mission Integration Centers of Expertise.
- Establishes the Mission Integration Plan and its strategic priorities for the ministry market, including goals, tactics and defined timelines and deliverables.
- Fosters integrated understanding of Sponsorship and the ministries' origins, and shares responsibility for sharing the legacy of the future.
- Serves as a strategic partner to the MME in the ongoing relationships with local Dioceses and the Catholic community.
Licensure / Certification / Registration

Education
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
