Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize coal mining operations in Jharkhand
Lead and manage a team of mining professionals, providing guidance and support
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Establish strong relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization

Education Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Coal Mining industry
Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within the mining sector
Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and driving performance
