What you'll do
You will accompany the CEO in key meetings and ensure that nothing is left hanging: clear agreements, owners, and deadlines.
You will close the cycle of every decision. You will gather missing information, follow up with the CEO until the decision is made, and ensure that teams meet their deadlines, with the support and delegated authority of the CEO.
You will draft documents, analyses, and proposals, or organize the teams that must do so.
You will represent the CEO in meetings they cannot attend and relay what is necessary so they can decide.
You will prepare strategic decisions, analyze operational and financial information, evaluate alternatives, and present clear and concise recommendations.
You will ground the most ambitious ideas, cross-check them with data, and convert them into executable plans, with phases, owners, and resources.
You will lead transversal projects, drive initiatives between departments, and decide the method, who does what, and with what schedule, anticipating dependencies and resolving blockages.
You will be the owner of the CEO's dashboard and the key KPIs of each department: you will consolidate them, detect deviations, and coordinate actions with each owner.
You will learn how decisions are made at Aticco and convert them into standardized processes, templates, and cadences.
You will accompany Aticco's growth, providing occasional support to the expansion team with new openings and integrations.
What we're looking for
🚀 You will thrive at Aticco if...
You have between 4 and 6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, PMO, or management control, ideally with experience in a growing company.
You have worked close to management and know how to turn an idea into a plan with priorities, owners, and deadlines.
You have a solid business and finance foundation: you read a P&L statement nimbly, build a business case, and move fluently in Excel.
You are very organized and methodical. You like to bring structure where there is none and build processes that run themselves.
You are a "hands-on" profile: you do the analysis, the document, or the presentation yourself; you don't outsource them.
You use AI and digital tools in your day-to-day to work better and faster.
You have people skills and empathy: you know how to follow up with executives, tighten deadlines, and unblock issues without generating tension.
You are discreet and know how to manage confidential information.
You move with autonomy in changing environments, without losing focus or order.
You are motivated by being the CEO's right hand in the long term and having a transversal impact across the entire company, rather than managing a specific area or team.
You are bilingual in Spanish and Catalan and have professional-level English.
Nice to have
We will value experience in services, real estate, hospitality, or companies with multiple business units, and experience in M&A.
