Chief of Staff - CFO Office

Discussion

Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever.

AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere.

Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from.

And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning!

So, what's the job?

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to the CFO. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a coordination-only seat: you'll own the calendar, the cadence, the follow-through, and the judgment calls about what lands on the CFO's desk versus what doesn't.

You will:

  • Own the CFO's calendar end-to-end: prioritize time, resolve conflicts, and make sure the right meetings happen at the right time
  • Run the operating cadence of the Finance team - weekly staff meetings, monthly reviews, offsites - setting the agenda, tracking action items, and chasing follow-through
  • Prep the CFO for every meeting: briefing docs, talking points, and the numbers they'll need, ready in advance
  • Track open action items across Finance and make sure deadlines are actually met - flag what's slipping before it becomes a problem
  • Run point on cross-functional projects that touch Finance: chase stakeholders, unblock bottlenecks, keep timelines honest
  • Triage what lands on the CFO's desk and handle what doesn't need their personal attention
  • Keep a tight, up-to-date view of everything in flight in the CFO's office - who owns what, what's due when, what's at risk

What kind of candidates are we looking for?

  • 5+ years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or Business Manager role supporting a senior executive - ideally a CFO or finance leadership
  • Strong grounding in finance - comfortable enough with financial terminology and context to prep real briefing docs and numbers, not just manage logistics
  • Proven track record owning an operating cadence: setting agendas, running meetings, tracking action items, and making sure follow-through actually happens
  • Strong project-management instincts - able to run point on cross-functional initiatives, chase stakeholders, and keep timelines honest without being asked twice
  • Excellent judgment and triage skills - able to independently decide what needs the CFO's personal attention and what doesn't
  • Fluent Hebrew and strong English, written and spoken
