Chief of Staff – Chief Data & AI Office

We are seeking a highly motivated Chief of Staff to support the Chief Data & AI Officer in driving strategic initiatives, executive communications, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence across the Data & AI organization. Please note that this Datacolor customer is a highly strategic global enterprise with approximately $7 billion in annual revenue and a workforce of more than 60,000 employees worldwide. The organization operates one of the largest integrated service networks in the world, delivering Pest Control, Hygiene, and Workplace Services solutions across approximately 90 countries.

Ideal Candidate

A former consultant who combines strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of how data and AI create measurable business value.

This role is ideal for a former management consultant with strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex data and AI programs into clear business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Chief Data & AI Officer.

Drive executive communications, leadership presentations, and board-ready materials.

Coordinate strategic initiatives across Data, Analytics, Governance, AI, and Digital Transformation teams.

Manage executive stakeholder relationships and governance forums.

Track priorities, risks, decisions, and key outcomes across the organization.

Support annual planning, operating reviews, budgeting, and performance management.

Ensure alignment between business, technology, and executive leadership teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Transformation, or Chief of Staff roles.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.

Ability to structure complex problems and drive execution.
