About the Role

This is a founding-team generalist role at a very early-stage consumer healthtech company in Berlin, built by a serial founder with a significant prior exit in healthcare. You will work directly alongside the founder on the problems that determine whether the company wins, owning workstreams end to end across commercial, operational, and product areas.

What You'll Do

  • Work side by side with the founder on the highest-priority problems each week, regardless of function.

  • Own workstreams from first principles through to something shipped and measurable.

  • Move fluidly between commercial, operational, and product work as priorities shift, often within the same week.

  • Build structure and process where none exists, then adapt it as the company grows.

  • Use AI and automation as a default working method, not a side project.

  • Make decisions quickly with incomplete information and correct course fast when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • A track record that is genuinely extraordinary by some clear measure, regardless of conventional credentials or job titles.

  • Experience building or shipping products and solutions from concept to delivery in resource-constrained or early-stage environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute at high velocity on compressed timelines.

  • Prior experience working directly with founders or senior executives in a strategic, operational, or advisory capacity.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills: able to synthesize complexity and deliver clear recommendations quickly.

  • Hands-on experience with AI automation tools, workflows, or deployment.

  • Comfort operating in unstructured, ambiguous environments with minimal process or guidance.

  • A background in management consulting or healthcare is helpful but not required.

  • Fluent German, spoken and written, is a hard requirement.

  • Local work authorization in Germany is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary in the range of 70,000 to 100,000 EUR annually, open at the upper end depending on seniority. A meaningful equity component is included as a genuine part of the package. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
