Chief of Staff

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team. This role acts as a force multiplier for the CEO, driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring organizational alignment, and helping translate strategy into execution. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, exceptional communicator, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. They will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing priorities, driving accountability, and ensuring the company operates efficiently toward its goals.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Partner with the CEO to define, track, and execute company priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Drive annual, quarterly, and monthly planning processes.
• Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead special projects and high-impact initiatives across departments.

Executive Support and Leadership Enablement:

• Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and updates.
• Manage follow-ups from leadership meetings and ensure accountability across teams.
• Help prioritize the CEO's focus areas and maximize effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Facilitate collaboration across Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment and communication between departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, business management, startup leadership, investment banking, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate with discretion and handle confidential information.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• Experience in healthtech, consumer technology, or wellness industries.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
