Chief of Staff

About the Role

HR-EX Consulting is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Chief of Staff to translate leadership priorities into execution, strengthen management accountability, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive strategic growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic priorities, tracking milestones, deadlines, risks, and accountability.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Technical, and other departments.
• Prepare decision papers, performance dashboards, and action trackers for leadership.
• Monitor commitments and ensure decisions translate into action.
• Identify commercial opportunities, strategic accounts, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead or support negotiations, strategic contracts, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Support market-entry, new-channel, and corporate-development opportunities.
• Perform other strategic and executive duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, business performance, commercial leadership, operations, or a similar field.
• Experience in building systems, industrial products, real estate/construction, consulting, conglomerates, or complex B2B environments is an advantage.
• Strong commercial and financial literacy.
• Excellent negotiation, partnership development, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability, sound judgement, and confidence in engaging senior leadership.
• Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
