Working closely with the Area Owner and Area Managers, this person helps ensure each market is well-led, well-staffed, operationally strong, and positioned for growth. The Chief of Staff brings an understanding of the goals, priorities, and challenges across markets and helps turn those priorities into action.

This is a flexible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping others succeed. The role requires approximately 10–20 hours per week, with availability throughout the week to respond to texts, calls, and emails in a timely manner. This position has the potential to grow and evolve over time, so interest in growing with the company over multiple years is ideal.
