This role involves handling investor relations, providing Management Information System (MIS) reporting, and sharing critical updates with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for growth, operational excellence, and a drive for success. ## Responsibilities - Support the CEO in strategic decision-making and operational planning. - Manage investor relations by being the key point of contact for inquiries and updates. - Prepare and present MIS reports to provide insights into operational performance. - Collaborate with various departments to align operations with organizational goals. - Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to initiatives aimed at driving growth and sales. - Assist in project management and ensure timely execution of operational tasks. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management or a related field. - 1-2 years of relevant work experience in operations, sales, or growth management. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - A proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization. ## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with investor relations and financial reporting. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Knowledge of operational metrics and performance analysis. ## Experience - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, sales, or business management is required. ## Environment This position is based in Chandigarh, requiring in-office work six days a week with the flexibility to work from home on Saturdays.
