The Opportunity: Chief of Staff
Location: Remote
Reports to: CEO
Compensation: $200,000–$225,000 base + bonus + equity

Position Overview
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to execute strategic priorities, improve operational efficiency, and coordinate key business initiatives. This individual will help drive accountability, support leadership planning, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with strategic planning and execution.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements.
- Track business performance and key metrics.
- Coordinate executive reporting and strategic priorities.
- Support growth initiatives and potential acquisitions.
- Improve internal processes and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution.
Work Environment & Location
Remote U.S.-based role aligned with East Coast working hours, with domestic travel at least quarterly.
