Chief of Staff To Marketing Director
Description
An established seasonal-wear and textile manufacturing group with over three decades of heritage. Its portfolio spans rainwear, winterwear, work and safety wear, corporate and institutional clothing, fabrics, and emerging all-season climate-clothing products.
The group operates across domestic and international markets, supported by manufacturing capabilities, distributor networks, institutional relationships, and digital channels. Its strategic direction involves expanding beyond traditional rainwear into a broader climate-clothing platform, including performance-oriented and summer-tech products.
As the company expands its product categories, customer segments, and market reach, the business requires stronger commercial planning, sales visibility, coordinated execution, and data-driven decision-making.
Why this role matters: The Chief of Staff will help the Director translate commercial priorities into actionable plans, strengthen business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and drive coordination across sales, marketing, production, and supply chain.
