Chief of Staff

About the Position: This position is with the Pine Bluff Arsenal located at Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This position serves as the Chief of Staff to the Commander and Deputy to the Commander in matters concerning operations, plans, and organization that affect or impact all organizational elements.

Integrate and synchronize complex, cross-functional efforts.

Identify organizational barriers and improve processes and organizational effectiveness.

Build effective teams and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Lead through subordinate supervisors and drive accountability and results.

Translate senior-leader intent into coordinated execution.

Exercise sound judgment and operate effectively with substantial autonomy.

Communicate and influence effectively across organizational boundaries and with senior leaders.
