Criteria for Candidates:
1. Taiwanese nationals.
2. Holds First-Class Chief Officer license.
3. Possesses extensive maritime experience and technical knowledge, including navigation skills, ship machinery knowledge, ship safety, etc.
4. Demonstrates excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, capable of handling emergencies and making sound judgments.
5. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset, capable of effectively communicating with crew, management, and other relevant parties.
6. Those who are interested in offshore wind power maritime engineering and are willing to work together to promote the localization of maritime engineering management and construction technology in Taiwan.
7. Applicants should have work planning abilities, crew training and development skills, organizational and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate and coordinate with international work teams.

Job Description (includes, but not limited to the following):
1. Ensures the safe and compliant operation of the vessel, including adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
2. Supervises the daily work of the crew, ensuring that they understand and comply with relevant regulations and procedures.
3. Responsible for the supervise the daily maintenance and upkeep of the vessel, ensuring its proper functioning and good condition.
4. Responsible for the vessel's navigation plan and schedule, including consideration of weather, sea conditions, and other factors, ensuring the vessel safely reaches its destination.
5. Deals with problems and emergencies encountered by the vessel, such as emergency rescue, maritime accidents, etc., and makes wise decisions and actions.
6. Maintains contacts with clients, suppliers, and other relevant parties, ensuring the vessel's operational efficiency and service quality.
