- Direct the finance and accounting function, including bookkeeping,AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor cash flow, and ensurefinancial performance meets targets.
- Ensure compliance with tax filings, financial regulations, andaccounting standards; coordinate with external accountants/auditors.
- Provide the CEO with financial reporting, KPIs, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
