Chief Operating Officer Affiliate

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Chief Operating Officer Affiliate (COO) is a hands-on role, responsible for successfully managing and operating the regional medical practice(s) and/or ancillary services. The COO provides the practice(s) with the resources needed to meet patient needs and meet the financial objectives of the affiliate. The COO shall demonstrate transparency, build trust among all employees and physicians, achieve established goals, partner in the implementation of new clinical programs, and integrate newly acquired practices/physicians. The COO is also responsible for planning, leading, and directing their affiliate in accordance with the organizations Mission, Vision and Values.
