Slocumb Law Firm is a nationally recognized Personal Injury law firm with a growing presence across the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to help lead the firm's next phase of growth.

This executive leadership role will partner directly with firm leadership to improve operational performance, coordinate multi-office operations, and help build the infrastructure necessary to support continued expansion.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate firm-wide operations across multiple offices and departments

• Partner with firm leadership to improve organizational performance, structure, and scalability

• Develop systems, processes, and accountability measures that support growth and operational excellence

• Drive execution, efficiency, and consistency throughout the organization

What We're Looking For

• Executive-level operational leadership experience within a law firm

• Proven success overseeing multi-office operations and organizational growth

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities

• Experience building scalable systems, improving performance, and driving accountability

• Personal Injury law firm experience strongly preferred

• J.D. not required
