Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are looking for a COO to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize business processes, and drive the company’s strategic growth. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in scaling operations, managing teams, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple departments
Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives
Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency
Lead and mentor department heads, fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate with the leadership team to drive company growth and expansion
Requirements:
5+ years in senior operational leadership roles
Experience in scaling businesses or managing operations in international markets
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
