CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) — Premium Wellness Brand (Lagos)

Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week, in-office (Lekki Phase 1, Lagos)

Salary: ₦600,000–₦900,000/month, depending on experience

We’re a fast-growing premium wellness brand specialising in weight management, feminine health and Pilates, based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. We’re looking for an exceptional COO to partner directly with the Founder & CEO and lead the day-to-day operations and growth of the business.

What you’ll own
* Full operational oversight across clinical, client experience, marketing and business functions
* Building, leading and developing department heads and high-performing teams
* Financial planning, budgeting and profitability oversight alongside the Finance Officer
* Designing, implementing and tracking company-wide KPIs and performance dashboards
* Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Developing operational systems, SOPs and business processes
* Vendor and supplier management
* designing and implementing KPIs company wide
* Partnering with the Founder & CEO on business growth and strategic decision-making

Requirements
* Degree educated with 7+ years’ experience in senior operations leadership
* Experienced managing department heads and cross-functional teams
* Commercially minded with strong financial and business acumen
* A strategic thinker who brings ideas and solutions, not just execution
* Highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable owning outcomes
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Marketing experience is a bonus
