Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos (Hybrid)

Talentta is seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive team.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, business development, startup management, consulting, or sales leadership
✅ Must reside on Lagos Mainland
✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills
✅ Proven ability to close business deals and build strategic partnerships
✅ Experience with grant applications or startup competitions is an added advantage
✅ Passion for technology, education, employment, and youth empowerment

💼 Compensation:
✅ 5% of grants or business competitions secured through your efforts
✅ 5% monthly profit share from Talentta Nigeria
✅ 15% commission on personally closed business deals
✅ Opportunity to earn up to 2% equity after 3 years based on performance
✅ Potential transition to a salaried executive role after institutional funding
