Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chief Operating Officer to lead operational teams in a dynamic crypto company. You will play a critical role in improving organizational effectiveness and helping the company scale efficiently. Your expertise in blockchain products and technology-driven businesses will be pivotal in connecting Product, Engineering, and Operations, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, Support, and strategic initiatives.
- Improve structures, ownership, KPIs, and team performance.
- Translate product and technology decisions into scalable operational processes.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering on automation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Develop strong leaders and build blockchain knowledge across operational teams.
- Turn strategic priorities into clear projects and measurable business results.
Requirements
- Senior operations leadership experience in a blockchain-native, crypto-product, or digital-assets company.
- Strong practical knowledge of blockchain products, infrastructure, and transaction flows.
- Experience managing several teams, ideally with a total scope of 50+ people.
- Proven ability to improve efficiency, execution, and business performance.
- Experience leading projects across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Languages: English
- Experience in fintech
