The Group offers fully furnished residences under the ST Residences brand as well as affordable luxury co-living hotels under the ST Signature brand. Collectively, we seek to be a trusted hospitality management company that provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay experience with top-notch customer service in prime locations for corporate expatriates, leisure travellers as well as locals.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing daily business operations through the various heads of department.

· Identify, develop and implement growth strategies to ensure efficient utilisation of economic and operational resources.

· Generation of growth and consolidation of the company by increasing income, reducing expenses and costs.

· Evaluate and increasing productivity by training and guiding staff.

· Maintaining and renovating facilities, as well as updating systems, programs, and procedures.

· Take autonomous,data driven decisions and ensure cost reduction, quality control.

· Operating incompliance with all governmental regulations.

· Achieving and/or exceeding budgeted sales, operating within budgeted guidelines by maintaining effective controls, and developing and forecasting accurate and aggressive long and short range financial objectives.

Requirements:

· Diploma in business management with good knowledge of different business functions.

· Strong leadership qualities with outstanding management skills.

· Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills.

· Highly organised and attention to details.

· Proactive and extensive hands-on experience.

· At least 15-25years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position.
