Job Summary

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for translating the CEO's vision into operational excellence and sustainable business growth. The COO will actively bridge the gap between our Core Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams. His/Her primary mandate is to build the operational infrastructure, financial discipline, and cross-functional alignment necessary to support rapid user growth and transaction volume while maintaining rock solid platform reliability.
