Chief Operations Officer

The Consolidated School District of New Britain is seeking a Chief Operations Officer.

Anticipated Start Date: December 2026

POSITION DETAILS

• This executive leadership opportunity offers the chance to shape districtwide operational strategy within a collaborative and mission-driven environment focused on student success.
• This dynamic and experienced operational leader will oversee districtwide facilities, transportation, safety, food services, and operational initiatives.
• This leader will oversee major district facilities and capital improvement initiatives, including school renovation, modernization, construction, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement projects, while collaborating with school leaders, community partners, contractors, and the Board of Education.

SALARY

• For the 2026-2027 school year, the salary range is $140,000 to $175,000.
