Chief Resident Architect
Job Summary
Lead and manage mega projects involving major construction works, including buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation, ensuring delivery meets client objectives, technical excellence, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage supervision teams to achieve project objectives and meet client and consultant requirements.
- Apply expertise in architectural design and construction for large-scale projects including buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation.
- Administer contracts effectively using Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) to ensure compliance and project success.
- Ensure all project deliverables adhere to the highest professional, technical, and safety standards.
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
- Maintain current registration with the Board of Architects.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate a minimum of 20 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 15 years on projects of similar size and complexity involving major construction works.
