Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Civil & Structural (C&S) supervision team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide overall direction and management to achieve project objectives in accordance with requirements set by the Superintending Officer and consultants.
  • Oversee major construction works involving buildings, structural steel works, and drainage systems.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Administer contracts in accordance with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
  • Manage and oversee Quality Site Supervision (QSS) manpower deployment based on project schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure the welfare, performance, and effective utilization of site supervision personnel.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
  • Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant Civil & Structural engineering experience, including at least 15 years on projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Extensive experience in major construction projects involving buildings, structural steel works, and drainage works.
  • Minimum 5 years of continuous employment with the current Contractor.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in contract administration under PSSCOC.
  • Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong commitment to technical excellence, safety, and quality standards.
