Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

We develop solutions that help media buyers, affiliate teams, and performance marketing businesses run and scale their advertising operations.
We're looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to drive commercial growth, align revenue-generating teams, and build a scalable revenue strategy across our business lines.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a unified revenue strategy across our products.
Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
Own revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
Lead and optimize B2B sales processes, from acquisition to retention and expansion.
Drive customer growth through cross-selling, upselling, and improved customer lifetime value.
Align Sales, Marketing, and Account Management around shared revenue goals and KPIs.
Continuously monitor commercial performance, adapt strategies and priorities, and proactively identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role (CRO, CCO, VP of Sales, Commercial Director, Head of Revenue, or similar).
Strong background in B2B sales and revenue growth, preferably within FinTech, AdTech, affiliate, or performance marketing.
Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and building high-performing commercial teams.
Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
English at B2+ level.
A strong advantage:
Experience with fintech, or affiliate infrastructure.
Established network within the affiliate marketing and media buying industry.
Experience managing multiple products or revenue streams.
