Job Description

• Collaborating closely with different Head of Businesses to identify opportunities for growth, drive innovation and ensuring alignment between the company's strategic objectives and operational activities.
• Developing and implementing the company's strategic plan in alignment with its vision and mission.
• Identifying new business opportunities, market trends and competitive threats.
• Setting both short term and long term plans and presenting the plans to other BODs.



Requirement

• Excellent communication in both Bahasa and English.
• At least 18 years of working experience in both retail / consumer
• At least 10 years of working experience in senior leadership position, and possess the ability to manage different stakeholders.
• Proven track records in launching new business, or expansion will be highly preferred.
