We are looking for a Fractional CTO with deep Telco industry experience and expertise in AI-driven transformation. The successful candidate will drive technology adoption initiatives to automate workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve service delivery.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and implement AI and automation strategies within telco operations.
- Evaluate existing infrastructure and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Provide architectural and strategic guidance for AI integration and data modernization.
- Advise C-level executives on technology investment and transformation priorities.
- Oversee implementation across engineering and business teams.
Requirements
Ideal profile:
- Proven track record as a CTO or Technology Leader in the Telco sector.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, automation frameworks, and network infrastructure.
- Experience in large-scale system design and enterprise transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
