Chief Technology Officer / CTO
Lead and grow the engineering team (currently 4 engineers), setting technical direction and culture.
Architect and oversee the development of AI agent systems — both high-load B2C agents and complex multi-agent pipelines.
Own the full technical stack: TypeScript, Restate, Kubernetes, AWS.
Define engineering processes, code quality standards, and deployment practices.
Collaborate closely with product and design to translate vision into scalable systems.
Make key decisions on infrastructure, model selection, and agent design.
Hire and mentor senior engineers as the team scales.
5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or LLM-based products in production.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and distributed systems architecture.
Experience with Kubernetes and AWS at scale.
Deep understanding of high-load B2C systems — latency, reliability, scalability.
Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams.
Ability to move fast without breaking things — you've done 0→1 and 1→N.
